Perhaps one of the more visible businesses that Ian both listed and sold to the father and son Julians, is Pure Florida, recently acquired by the Hoffmanns:

Pure Florida is in new hands.

After 16 years in business, the Naples-based maritime company has been acquired.

On Oct. 3, the Hoffmann Family of Cos. announced the purchase. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009 by a father-and-son duo, captains Lance and Harry Julian, Pure Florida offers water-based attractions, serving visitors and residents alike.

Combined, the Julians had more than 25 years of industry experience, with a commitment to hospitality, adventure, and relaxation.

The business will add to the Hoffmanns’ “marine vertical” in Naples, which includes ownership of the Naples Princess and Marco Island Water Sports.
